Online coaching breeds constancy, accountability & a community of like-minded women on similar journeys. I am a NASM-CPT online coach specializing in strength training & lifestyle transformation. This is a program intentionally designed to help you ELEVATE every aspect of your life. During this journey, together, we will expand our overall knowledge of health & wellness, learn how to workout/weight train to reach our physique goals, optimize our nutrition & develop unwavering discipline.

I know all too well the feeling of living in a state of complacency – lacking drive, grit and consistency. After being tired of settling for mediocrity, I made the decision to go ALL IN, kill that complacency and put in the work to establish a lifestyle fulfilling my highest, God-given potential. I could not be more passionate about helping other women reach this mentality by understanding their worth, becoming more confident and growing spiritually, physically and mentally.

FAQ

What is your pricing?

Pricing varies based upon your goals and how long it will take us working together to reach them! You can expect to pay anywhere from $5 - $7 a day and payments are due on a monthly basis. I want to make sure as many people as possible have access to my coaching, so if need be, we can discuss a bi-weekly payment plan if that works better for your financial needs.

What should I expect from online coaching?

You can expect intentionally ‘tailored to you’ training and meal plans that are created with your preferences and enjoyment in mind. The more you can ENJOY your plans, the more you will STICK to your plans. Your workout plan will be made based upon your preferences (home or gym setting + how many days a week you want to workout.) Your meal plan is individually customized to you based upon your food preferences/allergies and your goals. We will also do weekly check-ins so that I can help hold you accountable and ensure that we are progressing week by week.

Will I see results?

We all know that Rome wasn’t built in a day and we can’t expect to see major changes overnight! But with that being said, if you check all the boxes + dial in, you will FEEL the difference in just a week or two - noticing more energy, more confidence, less inflammation, etc! You will begin to SEE a difference - acknowledging more definition, noticing your clothes are fitting differently, etc shortly after if we remain consistent! Because good things/fitness goals do take time, I ask all my clients to commit to at least four months with me so that they can feel and see the results they desire.

Do you need access to a gym?

Emma customizes a plan that is 100% tailored to your goals, needs, preferences, schedule, etc. Emma is able to program at home workout routine for you, but she encourages all of her clients to eventually get started in an actual gym that they can see maximum results.

Will Emma's meal plan accommodate my dietary restrictions and allergies?

Yes! After you sign up for coaching you will be sent a client questionnaire where you will fill out all of your food preferences. Based on your answers, Emma will customize a meal plan that takes into account dietary restrictions and preferences, allergies, foods you dislike, your budget and how much time you have to cook.
